Pay Component Recurring Import error:

This record was not saved because there were errors in other records for ABC., An error occurred while trying to execute a process related with the Compensation Information record with these values (start-date=2023-10-15)., No event reason or event found for user ABC., An error occurred while trying to execute a process related with the Compensation Information record with these values (start-date=2023-10-15)., Event Reason is blank for user ID ABC.

1. Go to: Import Employee Data
2. Select an entity: Pay Component Recurring
3. Import

The import will be prevented if there is no Compensation Information record for the user or if the event reason was not set using the rules. The rule for setting the event reason can either be based on Compensation Information or it can be a cross-entity rule between the Recurring Pay Component and Compensation Information.

Please ensure a rule is at place which sets Event Reason and the issue will be resolved.
