3465330 - [Onboarding] Custom card content is not displayed

• Custom card content is not visible for external users. 
• When we click on Custom card "Not used" appears but correct content is not available

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Issue is with the candidate locale. The candidate locale is XYZ, but the Custom card language is ABC and due to this the card did not display anything. For example, the candidate locale is English US but while creating the custom card the language filed selected was English UK and due to this the custom card did not display any content. 

• Please correct either the candidate locale or the custom card language. These both should match for the content to be visible.
