Symptom

  • Add, edit and delete buttons are grey out in APP Manage Commodity Codes., even when content source is "Local" for the scheme used:
    SPRO -> Governance, Risk and Compliance -> International Trade -> Classification -> Commodity Codes-> Define Numbering Scheme Content for Commodity Codes
