After reopening calibration session, the session status stuck in "reopening".
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Calibration
Cause
Reopen calibration session function doesn't support calibration templates that have multiple performance templates.
Resolution
Please disable 'Automatically route forms on session finalization' in corresponding calibration template, and route the subjects' forms back to calibration step manually, then try reopen the calibration session again.
