3465376 - Building Smartedit is failed with upgraded Commerce version 2211.19 and 2211.20

When building Smartedit in Commerce cloud with upgraded Commerce version 2211.19 and 2211.20, below error is observed. The same error doesn't exist in local when building with the same Commerce version.
