Symptom

- User experiences a persistent loading screen when attempting to open Consent Statements to add a new statement in the GIGYA Customer Data Cloud.
- The following error message is received when trying to set a new Consent Statement with a URL rest call: "errorCode": 400096, "errorDetails": "SetConsentsStatements SiteId: xxx has not migrated it's consent data", "errorMessage": "Not supported".
