The Audit Log is deleted according to SAP Help Portal Documentation: Delete Audit Logs.
However the Disk Used for Storage is not reduced, if the Space is checked.

Reproducing the Issue
Follow SAP Help Portal Documentation: Delete Audit Logs.
Resolution
The deletion will be happen automatically if the audit log policy is disabled in the space details, but based on the amount of logs this can take some time.
