Compensation Structure field is not reportable as report returns blank value

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

Compensation Information

1. Go to the employee profile

2. Compensation structure has a value in Compensation Information portlet

3. Create a Person and Employment Info (as of Date) Report

4. Include Compensation Structure

5. Generate the report/click on Preview > Compensation Structure column is blank

Our engineering teams have confirmed this as the expected system behaviour.
