3465792 - Application error on new hire - Employee central

When trying to add new an employee in the employee central you are blocked by an application error.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Invalid HRIS Sync configured.

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration
2. Click on HRIS Sync Mappings

Kindly check the configuration and remove invalid mappings according to following Guide:
