3465797 - App "Manage Texts" is not editable in QA environment

Symptom

It is possible to use Fiori App "Manage Texts" in DEV system to change/update the Adobe Form,

When open Fiori App Manage Texts in QA environment, Error message "Application is not configured". The "edit" button is not clickable not possible change/update the selected texts in QA system.
