3465873 - Update IAS endpoints in Learning

Symptom

The customer is requesting to update the IAS endpoint for their learning environment to a specific one.

Note:

  • The updated endpoints to be using the same IAS tenant or it will fail.
  • This scenario is only applicable for customers who are using a custom domain for IAS.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into HCM > go to Learning Administration Side >
  2. System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration >
  3. Search for the configuration ID 'SAP CLOUD IDENTITY SERVICES' and click in edit (pencil icon) >
  4. Update the desired fields according to your business needs >
  5. Hit 'Apply Changes'.

Resolution

After performing the necessary changes, if you face any issue kindly open a ticket to 'LOD-SF-LMS-IAS' with the following details:

  1. The Learning environment details.
  2. Current IAS settings.
  3. Desired IAS settings.
  4. Start and End time to perform the actions
