3465885 - Proficiency levels for attributes are not represented in the form of a slider - Opportunity Marketplace

Based on Minor Visual Changes in 1H 2024, from 2405, the proficiency levels for attributes should be represented in the form of a slider. But when checking the behavior in OMP, it still shows in the form of bubbles or short bars, not slider.

1. TIH is not enabled in the instance.
2. It is the assignment owner user instead of applicants are viewing the attribute section in the assignment details page.

1. Please make sure TIH is enabled in the instance.
2. This visual change applies to the scenario in Opportunity Marketplace where applicants view the attribute in the assignment details page.

In TIH enabled instance, when the assignment owner (AO) user views the attribute in the assignment details page, the proficiency level is represented in the form of short bars; when the applicants (individual contributor, or IC) user views the attribute in the assignment details page, the proficiency level is represented in the form of slider.
