Is it possible to implement multiple Identity Providers (IdP) in SAP Datasphere?
Environment
SAP Datasphere
Cause
- Only one Identity Provider is supported in Datasphere.
- This is current product design.
Resolution
- Developer has added this feature to the list, but there is no plan when the feature can be implemented at the moment.
- Workaround: Use SAP Business Technology Platform's IAS (identity authentication) service subscription as a proxy between your various corporate IDPs and SAP Analytics Cloud. Example here: Setup Multiple Identity Providers for SAP Analytics Cloud (This article is for SAP Analytics Cloud product, but setting is the same for Datasphere.)
