Symptom
When creating new items or scheduling new classes, certain fields within the "Add New" wizard have no dropdowns (for example: Item type, Facility, etc.). It's happening for all locales.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration >
- Learning Activities > Items / Classes > click on 'Add New' >
- Notice the field Item Type is not showing an dropdown arrow. Unless the admin clicks on the box, the values do not show up >
- The same issue happens either adminFioriHorizonEnabled=true or adminFioriHorizonEnabled=false.
Resolution
Our Engineering has investigated the scenario and the correction is planned to be delivered within the b2411 release version, as per the schedule available at Product Release & Road Map Information.
