3466161 - Unable to delete system/service due to Notification management Use Case configuration status

Symptom

One of the prerequisites to delete a system/service is that all the use cases are set to "Not configured"[As specified in the KBA : 3248215 - How to delete Service/Systems in SAP Cloud ALM]. However, Notification Management shows status "Inactive" due to which the system/service cannot be deleted.
