3466240 - How to fix 'JWT validation failed' errors during IPS sync

Symptom

  • Source sync for '<TenantID>_SCRIPT_SOURCE_ADMIN' fails with the following error:

    Executing delta load failed. Caused by: HTTP operation failed invoking <TenantID> with statusCode: 400 and body: JWT validation failed. Ref number: <REF NUMBER>.
  • This affects IPS sync between Incentive Management and IAS.
