3466389 - SEFAZ RS NF-e Emergency Information - Troubleshooting Guide (2024)

June 17th 2024: The PI Configuration KBA was added: 2693382 - Cannot read config file SSLContext.properties 

Due to the current critical situation happening in Rio Grande do Sul the Brazilian state, the tax authorities SEFAZ RS was affected, so it impacts the whole state just like many other states that are hosted by SEFAZ RS.  The national contingency SVC AN can be used. A proper configuration of your system is required and be aware of restrictions such as in the skipping process.
