3466402 - New Experience Org Chart views not working properly

• Customer is not able to use the View Modes functionality in the right bar. It's not responding when we click the button.
• Org chart doesn't show any options when selecting Direct Reporters.
• The 'Up One Level' is not working. When clicking in the user it does not show the One level. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Latest org Chart;
2. Try to go Up one level by clicking in the user, it does not load;
3. The views when changed does not reflect in the instance;

One of the users in the hierarchy/Report line has an inactive manager. The inactive managers having active direct reports is considered as dirty data. It will lead to incorrect hierarchy relationships, resulting in the org chart not showing information.

Make the inactive manager of the hierarchy/Report line as active or update to "NO_MANAGER" the MANAGER column from the reportee that has the inactive manager.
