3466414 - Interview Confirmation to Candidate Trigger Behavior Change - Recruiting Management

When creating an interview for a Candidate, selecting a single time slot and using Book this slot for candidates, the Recruiting Email Trigger Interview Confirmation to Candidate will be activated. This has not been the behavior.

Before, the Email Trigger Interview Confirmation to Candidate would be triggered only when the Interviewer selected multiple interview slots and after having a confirmation from the Candidate on the Career Site. Only then, the Interview Confirmation to Candidate would be triggered.

Moving forward, this is the new trigger behavior. The change has been done to address the new MS Teams integration and make the behavior consistent across all types of configuration.

All trigger-related descriptions in the system will be modified to explain this new behavior accurately.

IMPORTANT: While selecting the multiple slots and sending them to the Candidate, Recruiting Users have the ability to send a manual email, or skip it. If the Recruiting Users decide to send the email during the process, this will not prevent the trigger from being activated. As a result, the Candidate will receive two email notifications. One from the template selected by the Recruiting User and one from the Interview Confirmation to Candidate trigger.
