Workflow approver and CC roles are not aligned properly when changes made through Spotlight > All Actions.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflow

Prerequisites - In Company System and Logo Settings > make sure to enable 'Enable the latest People Profile'.

1. Navigate to employee profile.
2. Click on ‘Show Spotlight’.
3. In Actions > select ‘All Actions’.
   
4. Click on ‘Termination’ and fill the required fields.
5. Click on ‘Save’ to trigger the workflow.
6. Click on ‘Show Workflow Participant’.
7. Observe that Workflow approver and CC roles are not aligned properly.
   

1. This issue will be fixed in 2H 2024 release.
2. Workaround: Make Changes from Take Action > Termination, Workflow approver and CC roles are aligned properly.
