Suite Integration Test Page - Get Data from RCM or ONB is not working

Reproducing the Issue

When we pass the below values from Suite Integration Test Page and choose Get Data from RCM or ONB

The value shows no data.

Cause

Expected Behavior

Resolution

As per the Standard product design, we don't have any feasibility to fetch the data from suite tool integration page via provisioning since the onboarding process has been already completed (candidate is hired).

The data will be available only if the onboarding process is in progress before MPH (Manage pending hire).

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
