3466533 - ATP is Yellow Though No Stock is Available

The ATP check is yellow in a Sales order, even though when there is no stock in the Ship from location.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the sales orders work center view.
2. Open the Desired sales order.
3. In Items tab, select a line item and choose check availability,
4. The ATP is yellow(which means late delivery is possible)

Then check the Stock overview and the product is not available in the mentioned location.

You have not entered any value in the availability check scope under the Availability Confirmation tab of the product master data,

By doing this you specify that you are only interested in scheduled dates and do not want to match supply and demand.

Maintain the relevant setting in the Product master data.

1. Go to product portfolio workcentre and select By materials view
2. Select the relevant product ID and view all.
3. Navigate to the availability confirmation tab and maintain the details for availability check scope field.
