3466757 - Source of Supply Error In Customer Demand

- Inability to select an alternate source of supply in Customer Demand.
- The "Deliver from Selected Source of Supply" button is greyed out, preventing the shipping of the item from an alternate source.

1. Go to the Outbound Logistics Control work center.
2. Navigate to the Customer Demand view.
3. Search for the relevant customer demand line item, select it and choose the Edit button.
4. Navigate to the Line Items tab, choose the Alternative Source sub-tab.
5. Attempt to select the alternate Source of Supply from which you need to ship the item.

• The issue arises when you have already released partial quantities of the item for which you want to change the source of supply.
• The Release Status of the item in the customer demand is "Partially Released".

The source of supply for a partially released item in customer demand cannot be changed.
