3467040 - Unable to install equipment with Functional Location using API_EQUIPMENT - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

When suing API_EQUIPMENT install equipment with Functional Location, below dump occurs:

Runtime Error: 'RAISE_EXCEPTION'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated. If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please create an incident. Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial, launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis.

"EquipmentInstallationDate" in Request URI earlier than equipment "Valid From" date. It is not accepted installation date earlier than valid from date of technical object.

It is suggested to fill in "EquipmentInstallationDate" refer to "valid from" date.
