3467061 - Completion illustration icon does not display in some mobile browsers - SuccessFactors Learning

When user complete any item via mobile browser, the completion illustration icon may not display.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2405

1. Login to SF via mobile browser > Learning

2. Complete any item > Completion/Fail message pop-up

3. Illustration icon may not be displayed.

This is expected behavior after 2405 release.

To enhance customer's experience when using mobile devices with small screens, no illustration is displayed so that more space will be preserved for the rest of the page after 2405 release.

It's difficult to provide an exact screen size this change would correlate to, since the phone's operating system and user settings also impact display scaling.

In general, smaller phones will see this behavior more often and it's expected.
