"Initial Only" option is only available when adding a local table in Datasphere as source in SAP Datasphere Replication Flow.
"Initial and Delta" option is not listed as the possible option.

SAP Datasphere

1. Create a new Replication Flow.
2. Click "Select Source Connection" at the bottom left of the screen and choose "SAP Datasphere" as the source connection.
3. Click "Add Source Objects" at the bottom right of the screen and choose Local Table Type object.

By design

• This is an expected behavior as explained in the SAP HELP page:

• • If you choose SAP Datasphere as the source connection, the source container is automatically defined as the space you are in. In addition, the load type is automatically set to Initial Only because Initial and Delta is currently not supported for SAP Datasphere as the source. (This applies irrespective of whether the local table itself is enabled for delta capturing or not.)

• With HANA/ABAP connection, "Initial and Delta" option can be enabled.

         According to SAP Note 3297105 - Important considerations for SAP Datasphere Replication Flows,
         it is recommended to use one of the SAP ABAP connection types when replicating data from an ECC, S/4HANA on-premise,
         S/4HANA Cloud or SAP BW systems instead of the HANA connection type. Please review SAP Note 3297105 for the reason.
