3467073 - Sybase Upgrade Failed with Sap host agent crashing SAP ASE for Business Suite

During the upgrade of ASE using SAP Host Agent in step TASK_NAME=UPDATE_ASE_SOFTWARE it fails with :

1)Execution: Command execution failed. (fault code:127)

2)from Dev_sapdbctrl file with trace level 3 turned on (2451419 - How to get level 3 trace of SAP Host Agent) we see this:
