3467181 - Unable to activate OData Service FAC_DISPLAY_PO_ACCRUALS

Symptom

  • The OData Service FAC_DISPLAY_PO_ACCRUALS is not available for activation in transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE.
  • As a result, its not possible to activate Fiori app Display Purchase Order Accruals (App ID F3928).
  • The affected system is on the S/4HANA 2022 or S/4HANA 2023 Private Cloud (On Premise) release.
