3467225 - Error "ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED" when launching Central Management Console HTTPS URL in Microsoft Edge browser

Symptom

  • When launching Central Management Console (CMC) HTTPS URL in Edge browser after BusinessObjects upgrade, error below is displayed: 

This site can't be reached. site refused to connect. 
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

  • No issue using IE mode in Edge browser.
  • Issue seen in Firefox browser as well.
  • No issue using CMC HTTP URL.
  • Apache Tomcat server was configured with SSL/TLS before the upgrade
