3467228 - Empty page when Manage Purchase Orders app is executed

Blank screen in Manage Purchase Orders app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Navigate to Manager Purchase Orders
2. It shows a blank page.

Fiori Elements sometimes caches things that are already outdated and therefore the loading of the metadata no longer works, which means that the app is no longer available.

After deleting the cache via the developer tools (F12) with some additional steps, the issue will not occur. Perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Open the "Manage Purchase Order" app.
2. Press F12 (Open Developer Tools).
3. Click on "Application".
4. Under "Application" on the left side below "Storage" on "IndexedDB" click on "ui5-cachemanager-db" under "IndexedDB" and then click on "Delete database" on the right.
5. While the Developer Tools are still open, right-click on the refresh button of the page and click on "Empty Cache and hard refresh".
