Warning "There are no pending tasks for the selected new hires" appears when click on Mass Complete My New Hire Tasks

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open the onboarding dashboard
2. Select checkbox for multiple candidates
3. Click Mass Complete My New Hire Tasks
4. Next screen loads with Warning pop up "There are no pending tasks for the selected new hires"

• The new hire activity tasks available are not assigned to the user trying to Mass Complete.
• Tasks are optional. Optional tasks are not included in Mass NHA feature.

1. If you wish to use the Mass Completion of NHA feature, tasks should be mandatory and assigned to a user
2. You can configure task to be mandatory in Manage Onboarding and Offboarding tasks
3. Open new hire activities program
4. Edit each task
5. Set Required Task to Yes
6. Select assignee
7. Save
8. For future candidates initiated after you make update to task program it should work, once the task is assigned to a user.
