3467344 - Workflow Failed With Message "Verify validity dates for recipients : ABC"

You have a workflow that sends e-mails and on its rule log you noticed it failed. Error message in hyperlink shows workflow failed with message "Verify validity dates for recipients : ABC" (where ABC is an employee).

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Select the Workflow Rules view.
3. Select workflow rule DEF (where DEF is the workflow rule that failed).
4. Click in the More button and select Rule Log option.
5. Scroll until you see GHI (where GHI is the object ID that your workflow failed).
6. Click in the Failed hyperlink.

You see the error "Verify validity dates for recipients : ABC" (where ABC is an employee).

ABC is not a valid employee anymore.

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Open the Employees view.
3. Search for ABC.

You will see in 'valid from' column a date in the past.
