3467353 - Enhanced Catalog Search not return all Learning Types in Filters

New Learning Experience > Library search > The "Learning Type" filter only shows "Curriculum" >

It doesn't show "Online" or other Learning Types 

The legacy Learning page, in the library search, displays it.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning >
2. ILX is active >
3. Type in a keyword for the catalog search, e.g. "safety" >
4. On catalog result page, there is no further option to filter out for ONLINE items only >
5. Go back to Learning >
6. Turn off ILX and go back to old learning home page >
7. In the tile "find learning" type in keyword for catalog search, e.g. "safety" >
8. On catalog result page, in the left side, there is an option to filter for ONLINE items.

This is currently being investigated by the Engineering team.

Our Engineering team is investigating the scenario. Please set this KBA as favorite in order to be notified on future updates to this document, as per 2171560.

Workaround available is to change the users locale to be something other than English UK and the issue should no longer occur.
