3467362 - [1H 2024] New Email Notification Templates for Scheduled Jobs are not Reflecting in the Email

Symptom

When running any job in Schedule Job Manager, the customer expects to get the New Email Notification Templates for Scheduled Jobs. However, they won't receive the same email notification template configured in their Email Notification Templates Settings for any Scheduled Jobs.

 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM 2405

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Email Notification Templates Settings
  2. Configure and Modify any of the two email templates: Scheduled Job Started Notification and / or
    Scheduled Job Completed Notification
  3. Run any Scheduled Jobs in Scheduled Job Manager 
  4. You won't receive the same email template that was configured in Email Notification Templates Settings

Resolution

This is an expected behavior as our Product team has disabled this feature until May 23, 2024.
