3467363 - Unable to upload attachment in Manage Supplier Quotation app

Attaching documents to the quotations in Manage Supplier Quotation app after the quotation is published is impossible.

Upload the attachment when the quotation is submitted or in preparation. The upload option will be disabled once the quotation is awarded. This is a final stage for the supplier quotation and cannot be further edited, after which only a follow-on document can be created.
