3467408 - How to identify the user who deleted/saved an EWM message in SMQ2

Symptom

  • A message sent from EWM cannot be found in transaction SMQ2 and the delivery is not updated in ERP side.
  • The PPF logs in EWM are successfully processed and the queue cannot be found in SMQ2.
