Recently deployed new JMS .jar20 files as per KBA 2766373 - JMS Adapter with JMS 2.0 error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/jms/JMSRuntimeException.
Afterwards, all JMS communication channels are working fine but you can't see the JMS 2.0 option in message protocol.
