3467505 - Create button missing in Collaboration Hub Home page

I am unable to see "Create" in Collaboration Hub, so I cannot create new (quick) models there.

In general, the 'Create' button can be found in the following places:

• On the Home page 
• On the overview page of Shared Documents
• On every folder page

To see this button, the user must have Hub or Enterprise license and 'Write' access rights in folder Shared Documents or in one of it's sub-folders.

If the respective license and access rights are given, but the button is still not being displayed, the option was probably deactivated by the workspace administrator. The option can be activated in the Hub 'Settings' > 'Home page'
