3467529 - Offboarding process is not initiated, Error message (Error Code 500; Error Message – XXX Employee Login not found)

Symptom

Terminate a user but offboarding is not created.

Receive error message (Error Code 500; Error Message – XXX Employee Login not found)

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

No such a user in Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

  1. Please go to Onboarding >> Security >> Users.
  2. Please click on Create button and enter login and other information.
  3. Then you need to terminate the user from the profile again to trigger offboarding.
