3467580 - Warning message V1019 is not issued if the requested delivery date is entered in week format (W)

Symptom

When a sales order is created with a requested delivery date in a weekly format, e.g. "21.2024" then the validation will not issue warning message V1019.

This might lead to the usage of a date from a holiday as delivery date.
