Symptom
When user is searching with Item ID or item description in “Find Learning” section of new Learning home page, it is not fetching the exact item . This behaviour has been noticed after 1H 2024 release.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to BIZX
2. Navigate Home>Learning OR click learning from quick actions
3. Search for item ID/title in Find Learning
4. The search results does not have the item specified

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
