Symptom

  • Error occurs for non-admin windows users:
    "An error has occurred. See the log file null"
  • Non-admin windows users are able to run IDT from its installation folder.
  • Only windows administrators can open IDT from the windows menu
  • Non-admin windows users are able to run other client tools from their shortcuts.
