3467664 - 1H 2024 Issue with the Print button/icon missing for Managers from employees' Learning History

When logging in as a manager and navigating to My Team > Choose Employee > Choose learning history and opening the learning history for the employee, Manager is not able to see print button/icon in the column 'Action'.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in as a manager
2. Navigate to My Team > Choose Employee > Choose learning history and open the learning history
3. Under Action section, there is no Print button/icon

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).

As per LMS Engineering, this behaviour is caused by the current logic of config property 'learningHistoryOfAllEmployments' within LMS_ADMIN config file.
When this is set to 'true', both the user and the manager will see a consolidated Learning History for all employments (Global Employment/Concurrent Employment) and in the current logic it will remove the Print option from the manager even if the user does not have multiple employments.

Therefore, setting this property to 'false' can be utilized as a workaround until the 2H 2024 release.
