3467715 - [Onboarding] - "Reminder" label not translated

Symptom

  • "Reminder" label not translated in reminder emails, it appears in English
  • The rest of the title is translated, so it appears: "Reminder: Sinulla on allekirjoitettava asiakirja"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Email services > Customize a template with translations
  2. Set reminders
  3. Configure translation for the reminder title
  4. Notice that the "Reminder" label does not get translated

Cause

Known issue.

Resolution

Engineering are well aware of the issue and they working on the root cause of the issue to fix.
