3467765 - Not able to Delete Service Agent from Employee List in Org Structure

Service Agent can't be deleted from Employee List in Org Structure

1. Go to Organizational Management work center.
2. Navigate to Edit Org Structures view
3. Highlight the Org Structure.
4. Select Org Unit ID
5. Navigate under Employee tab
6. Choose Service Agent
7. Select Delete

Action not possible as button is greyed out 

It is not possible to delete service agent from org structure due to data inconsistency.

1. Go to Business Partner work center
2. Navigate to Service Agents view
3. Select Service Agent
4. Choose Edit
5. Navigate to General tab
6. Navigate under Organizational Assignment tab
7. Remove Organizational Unit and Job Assignment
8. Choose Save

For service agents in EC integration enabled systems, reporting line unit is mandatory, and the service agent will be assigned to both, org unit and reporting line unit in org structures. It is not possible to remove the service agent from only reporting line unit. In this case, above steps may fail with 'Organizational Unit %1 must be a Cost Center' error. In such a case, open a SAP support case and request to remove the service agent from org unit and reporting line unit in org structure in backend, and provide effective date. Otherwise, continue as follows:

Check the employee assignment in org unit structure by following below provided steps

1. Go to Organizational Management work center.
2. Navigate to Edit Org Structures view
3. Highlight the Org Structure.
4. Select Org Unit ID
5. Navigate under Employee tab
6. Choose Service Agent
7. Select Delete

Now it should be possible to delete service agent from org unit.

Further, again perform below steps to maintain organizational unit and job assignment,

1. Go to Business Partner work center
2. Navigate to Service Agents view
3. Select Service Agent
4. Choose Edit
5. Navigate to General tab
6. Navigate under Organizational Assignment tab
7. Add Organizational Unit and Job Assignment
8. Choose Save

Service agent entry shows twice , delete service agent ,org structure, org management, Organizational Unit %1 must be a Cost Center  , KBA , SRD-MD-OM , Organizational Management , Problem
