Attempting to register and install a new license key for new on premise HANA DB.
From select * from m_license view the INSTALL_NO and SYSTEM_NO fields in the HANA DB are all zeros.
Also, getting the error : SAP DBTech JDBC: [436]: could not set system license: exception 6999001: Failed to install a permanent license.
