3467899 - Manage Recruiting Settings Error: "You can't disable the "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions"" - Recruiting Management

When the User is trying to enable or disable the option "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" under Manage Recruiting Settings, the following error appears:

"Important! You can’t disable the “Use Job Profiles in Requisitions” option because Talent Intelligence Hub and JDM v2.0/Skills Management (in Provisioning) are enabled on the instance. Disabling the option might cause inconsistencies in competency data in your job requisitions."

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profiles

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Settings.
2. Attempt to enable or disable the "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" option.
3. An error message is displayed: "Important! You can’t disable the “Use Job Profiles in Requisitions” option because Talent Intelligence Hub and JDM v2.0/Skills Management (in Provisioning) are enabled on the instance. Disabling the option might cause inconsistencies in competency data in your job requisitions."

• If you're trying to enable:

"Use Job Profile" option just get available in the screen when "JDM v2.0/Skills Management" is enabled in provisioning. If you enable just Talent Intelligence Hub this option will not appear, but the system will still understand that "Use Job profile" is disabled, even if it is not appearing.

• If you're trying to disable:

The "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" option in Manage Recruiting Settings cannot be disabled once you have upgraded to Talent Intelligence Hub. This is to prevent potential inconsistencies in competency data in your job requisitions.

• Enabling: 

These two options work together, if you enable talent intelligence hub, you must enable JDM v2.0/Skills Management also in provisioning.
