3467909 - Application error occurs when trying to route form to a new step via route form - Performance Management

When trying to route form to a new step via route form, application error occurs.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to "route form"
2. Search and select form
3. Select the option "route the form to a new step"
4. Enter step name, choose "modify stage", select role "U", enter username etc.
5. click on "next" to proceed
6. application error popup occurs

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2024 release (b2405).

Workaround

Please use " modify form route map" to add a new step, then route the form to the newly added step via "route form".
