3467915 - After upgrade to latest goal, fail to convert legacy goal plan template - Goal Management

After upgrade to latest goal, when attempt to convert goal plan template it fails constantly.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Upgrade to latest goal management version.
2. Go to manage templates to convert legacy goal plan templates.
3. Click on "convert" and follow the instructions.
4. Encounter error message similar to "Failed to convert templates. Please try again, or contact SAP Cloud Support." during the conversion process.

Scenario 1: Field permission (field-permission) is not defined under all goal plan states in the template.

Scenario 2: Field definition label (field-label) is not properly configured. For example, English US is not configured.

Scenario 3: Upon upgrading to the latest goal management, promptly convert the goal plan template.

Scenario 1: Please create a new goal plan template with field-permission defined in all goal plan states. If you do not want to configure any field-permission for users, please at least set field-permission type="none".

Scenario 2: Please create a new goal plan template with field-label properly configured for all field definitions. Make sure that English US is included.

Scenario 3: Please start to convert goal plan template after 24 hours of upgrading to the latest goal management.

Please note that all existing data/templates become READ ONLY when instance is upgraded to Latest Goals. Therefore, modifying existing template or uploading xml to overwrite configurations for existing legacy goal plan template via provisioning would not work. You will receive an error prompt similar to "You can't import or update existing goal plan templates after you upgrade to Latest Goal Management"(TGM-11123).
