3468056 - Adding HDI Containers in WEBIDE Failed With Error: Could not get the list of HDI containers

Symptom

In webide, you are trying to add a HDI container and it fails with the error below after you click the + button (Add a Database to the Database Explorer):

Could not get the list of HDI containers.
"Request failed: Internal Server Error URI: /hrtt-service/sap/hana/cst/api/v2/databases/hdiServices()?threshold=500"
